SSCO delivers Australia wide & Internationally. We use Australia Post for all deliveries.
If your order is placed over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed the next business day, and received as per the below conditions.
Deliveries within Australia
Deliveries within Australia can arrive within 2-5 days (standard) or 1-2 days (express) from the date of order, not including weekends or public holidays. Every effort is made to have your items delivered within the specified windows. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email with your tracking details.

Standard delivery $10 Australia wide and $15 for Express Delivery.
Deliveries made internationally can arrive between 5-12 business days, depending on zone. International deliveries require a signature upon delivery. Please indicate your daytime address to ensure it is signed for upon delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email with your tracking details.
Standard international delivery is $30.
Customs & Import Duty Fees
All international orders may incur customs or an import duty fee. These charges arise upon delivery of your parcel. These charges vary greatly depending on the country you are ordering from and cannot be predicted. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

All product prices indicated and payments made on SSCo are in Australian Dollar currency. Please note for international orders are subject to foreign exchange variations.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you are welcome to return your item(s) in original condition and packaging for a refund, exchange or store credit for a later purchase. Returns are not accepted on sale items.
Australia wide returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 2 weeks from receipt of delivery. Items not received within this timeframe will not be accepted.
International returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 30 days from purchase. Items not received within this timeframe will not be accepted.
Product and Packaging
SSCO must receive the item(s) in the exact condition it was sent out in. It must not have been worn, altered or damaged and all packaging must be in the original condition without postage labels.

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review.
Need a different size or colour?
In order to serve you most efficiently. Simply place a second order to get the right size or colour and once we receive your return, we'll refund your account.
In the case of a refund you will receive the cost at purchase (excluding shipping costs) directly into the account used for the purchase. Credit card payments may take up to 72 hours to clear back into your account. PayPal refunds are instant. You will receive email notification of this.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within immediately via email or phone and we will organise a replacement for you. If a replacement is unavailable you may choose another suitable item. If an item is faulty and there is no suitable replacement you may be refunded.
